We are licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to provide International Communication Services to businesses and residents, and are headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, with branch offices in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario and in Panama City, Republic of Panama.
